Parents / Adults are welcome to follow the journey in to see the wonderful space the children are in but are encouraged to then gather in our other areas or the café next door while activities happen until joining back in
for cake as we find the children have a much more magical experience without the distraction of a room full of adults.
However we understand that some children may need the comfort and encouragement of their adults so of course
this is fine too to remain with them and for the birthday child’s family to enjoy the party with them.
All siblings that will attend the party need to be counted in the final guest number as they will be given a place setting at the food table and a party bag to take home.
Babies under 3 years old do not need to be counted in the final guest number as they will not require a place setting at the food table or require a party bag. They are able to come inside the venue but must be accompanied, held and supervised by the parent at all times as the venue is not designed for babies and hosts are unable to assist while looking after the rest of the party.
Our party bags have a selection of craft activities, stickers, fun mask (or similar) & special trinkets or keepsakes for each child, with a special bag with an extra present for the birthday child.
We don’t supply any lollies or consumables in our bags but parents are welcome to supply us any additional lollies or extras they wish to be included in the bags.
Birthday family should arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before the party begins in time to greet your guests. As you will wait outside and come in all together as a group with your guests right on the time the party starts, arriving any earlier we find the birthday child can get a bit restless with the anticipation.
Please remind guests to arrive 5 minutes early so they do not miss the start of the adventure. Children arriving late can sometimes feel a bit less confident as the have missed the group start.
(Please try to encourage children to go to the toilet before arriving at the venue as asking to use toilet before the party begins reduces the element of surprise and magic)
Yes we do.
Please try to encourage children to go to the toilet before arriving at the venue as asking to use toilet before the party begins reduces the element of surprise and magic, however once inside the venue toilets are close and accessible to the party spaces.
